On 11 September, Hub Leader Prof Veena will deliver a keynote speech at the Sustainable Futures Festival hosted by EcoNetwork Port Stephens.
Veena will talk about the role of the Hub and how communities can be more sustainable and create new jobs through aligning innovative recycling and manufacturing.
An event spokesperson said: "At the Sustainable Futures Festival, the professor will share some of her ideas on how together we can reimagine our waste and shape circular economies in our own communities."
